We help residential customers compare internet options at their address and connect them with a specialist to find the best plan.

4. TCPA Disclosure

We maintain immutable records of all consent given through our forms, including: the exact consent language displayed, timestamp, IP address, and checkbox state. These records are retained for a minimum of 5 years as required by TCPA statute of limitations.

5. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only as necessary to provide our service:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM platform: We send your contact information and availability results to our customer relationship management system to manage follow-up and advisor scheduling.
• Twilio — Communication platform: We use Twilio to send SMS messages and make phone calls. Twilio processes your phone number for this purpose.
• Meta (Facebook) — Ad optimization: We share hashed (anonymized) contact data with Meta through their Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. This data is one-way hashed and cannot be used to identify you from Meta's side.
• Google — Address autocomplete: If you use the address autocomplete feature, your typed address is sent to Google Maps API. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Internet service providers — Availability checking: To check availability at your address, we query ISP systems with your address. This is address-only — no name, phone, or email is shared.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with data brokers.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use the following tracking technologies:

• Meta Pixel (ID: 803313839177920): Browser-based pixel for ad conversion tracking. Records when someone visits our site or submits a form. Governed by Meta's Data Policy.
• Session cookies: Used to maintain your session state while using our site. No persistent tracking cookies.
• UTM parameters: We read URL parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) to understand where visitors come from. These are stored in our database.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for the following periods:

• Lead data (name, phone, email, address, availability results): 2 years from date of submission
• Consent logs (TCPA consent records): 5 years minimum — required by law
• Call recordings (if applicable): 1 year
• Server logs (IP address, access logs): 90 days
• Availability cache data (provider availability results): 30 days

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized. Consent records are never deleted, even after other data is removed.

8. Your Rights (CCPA — California Residents)

• Right to Know: You can request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You can request deletion of your personal information. Note: TCPA consent logs cannot be deleted as they are legally required records.
